The Road to Adventurethon Anglesea

Now the winter chill is on its way out and the weather is warming up, it is a great time to be out getting your mojo back and training up a storm for Adventurethon Anglesea (December 3 & 4). So we have put together a good way to lead in and ensure you finish 2016 the best way you can…by completing, or even smashing your first (or second!!) Adventurethon Anglesea!

Use these to attack your weakest legs first, if you don’t paddle much, go do a course, its saves learning lessons the hard way. If you don’t mountain bike much a few good tips on the mountain bike can help you milk the most out of the trails with less pedalling as well as having a safer and more fun time on the Anglesea event track.

The best way to build your paddling prowess is in a squad environment. By paddling with others, you can benchmark your performance, stay motivated, and have fun in the process!
