Ultra long distance consists of –  35km ride and/or 19km paddle and/or 20km run
Enduro medium distance consists of – 17.5km ride and/or 9km paddle and/or 10km run
Taste & Junior short distance consists of – 8.5km ride and/or 2km paddle and/or 6km run
